Join me for a rejuvenating 60-75 minute online Vinyasa class designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. I will guide you through a series of sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance, while also promoting inner peace and relaxation. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, modifications will be offered to ensure everyone can participate comfortably. Set in the comfort of your own space, this virtual class provides an opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded individuals. All you need is a yoga mat, some space to move, and an open heart. Embrace this time to nurture yourself and find your flow.
