Experience My Signature Classes
A perfect blend of Functional Training, Strength Training, Hiit & Core work. and Yoga! Our session will begin with a 30-minute Yoga flow to warm up our bodies, followed by a full-body functional circuit training. Functional training is a type of exercise that focuses on movements that mimic everyday activities.
The GOAL is to improve overall strength, flexibility, agility, and balance, with an emphasis on functional movements that translate to real-life situation using your own body weight. Trust me, you don't want to miss out on this perfect workout. Plus, the playlist is FIRE and a great way to stay motivated throughout the class.

- 3 LIVE sessions/week
- 1 short pre-recorded session
- Acces to your personal platform with your Username and Password
- Access to the recording of every class if you can't join the Live Workout during the same month
