Experience is not required to take part, whether you're a beginner or simply looking to return to a regular practice, this class is perfect for you.

Starting from scratch, I will explain every pose in detail, with a focus on alignment. Basic breathing exercises will also be taught, and we will dive into meditation practice.

But that's not all!

Every week, you'll receive a newsletter covering a variety of yoga-related topics, and every Saturday, I'll send you an "inspo of the weekend." Not only will you learn how to move through the different asanas, but you'll also enjoy the benefits of a regular yoga practice.

Since I have a dense weekly schedule (work, family, fitness, language classes...) I am happy to know that there is one evening at home where I can take my class online. No need to drive to the Yoga studio, this is super convinient for me! I love the classes, there is always a good balance in between hard poses and easy ones.
